What’s Next for Feminist Organizing?
When times get tough, feminists stay fierce! Women and our allies are facing a backlash — in the U.S. and other countries. This meeting will have reports on two regions of concern. The Trump election sweeps in a period that looks grim for reproductive justice, people of color, LGBTQI+ folks, and workers. In South Korea, a growing misogynist and militaristic movement is targeting women for supposedly “taking jobs” from men. Solidarity with the most oppressed, global awareness, and radical optimism are our best tools for resistance. Come bring your thoughts and defiance!
